The community is Mansion Grove. The community is gated, has 2 swimming pools, a spa/hot tub, fitness center, free fitness classes, Amazon locks, basketball and tennis courts. There’s grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Guadalupe trail is right behind the community. There’re also plenty parking space on the ground.

The apartment is on the top floor, south west facing. So you’ll get a lot of natural sunlight. The bedroom is the master bedroom. There’s a storage with a lock on the balcony.

The roommate works in tech. He’s very quiet, respectful, clean. You will be sharing the common space (dining, living room and kitchen).
