Directly across the hall from full bathroom, shared with one other person. Additional bathroom downstairs as well. Free street parking. Incredible location, close to UCSD, malls and gyms, as well as parks and trails. Easy access to 5 and 56 freeways with zero street noise and none of the traffic you’d get further north, south or east.

Room is on the top floor of a 2-story, 2200 sqft house. Amenities include large kitchen, living room and dining room, laundry, and a great backyard with built-in grill and yes, an in-ground private hot tub with waterfalls! While the photos show an empty bedroom, all common areas are furnished and kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, separate pantries and all the appliances, pots and pans, etc. you’d need.

No smokers, pets, couples or children, please. Price is flexible for the right person. Utilities are split among everyone in the house, with solar making utilities far less expensive than you’d find elsewhere. This is about as ‘normal’ of a living situation as you could ask for. Live-in landlord in his early 30’s…definitely more of a roommate than a ‘landlord’ who takes very good care of the house and people who live in it! Total of 4 people living in the house and it never feels crowded: two refrigerators, huge kitchen and lots of common area space. Mix of students and young professionals, all friendly and social but not party people, and clean/organized but not over-the-top about it. We’re looking for someone who shares these lifestyle traits.
