A great room for a single person with a bypass closet and windows facing southwest. The walls are currently black and if that’s not your style, there is more than enough white paint to change the color if you want.

Located on the 4th(top) floor of the building with a balcony attached to the living room that overlooks the street and Flushing meadows park, public transit is close by and easy to access. The Q23 bus stop is two streets away which can take you to the 7 train or down to the E train/LIRR. The surrounding area and neighbors are fairly quiet and mostly families. Laundromats and grocery stores are 5 minutes or less walking distance. And street parking is available at a first come first serve basis.

2F roommates(mid-late 20s) and one sweet kitty, currently occupy 2/3 of the rooms and both room mates work in hospitality. Gas and Electric bills are shared and Wifi is included in your rent.
