We have a one bedroom with private bath on the third floor of a very large 3-bedroom townhouse. The house is beautifully maintained and incredibly clean as it’s a shoe-less household with no pets and smoking is not allowed. The room is unfurnished. The common area is furnished with a couch, coffee table, book shelf, dinning table and chairs. Because the living room is so large, there will be plenty of room for your own furtiture if you wish.

The house is located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Museum District. It’s 5 min drive to the medical center and Rice University, 10 min drive to dowtown, and 15 min walk to Hermann Park and all the museums.

The neighborhood is primarily residential but with several popular restaurants within walking distance. The house has its own private driveway and is located on a particularly quiet street. The rooftop provides an unbeatable view of the fireworks at Hermann Park!

There are 2 male tenants currently renting the bedroom on the first floor and the master on the 3rd floor. Both young professionals.
