-The rent is at a great price for the size and location, only $1400/month plus half utilities (internet, electric, and gas) -The unit is large and fully furnished, about 1500 sq ft and apart of a 1920s 4-plex, this is on the 2nd floor. -It is a 2 bed and 1.5 bath -It has 2 gated parking spaces -Washer/dryer in the unit -Your room will be the master bedroom with a balcony and stand-in shower and storage cabinets. It will be unfurnished! -Location is nestled between Sunset and Hollywood, tho it feels neighborly and quiet. We don’t get busy traffic down this street. It’s beautifully lined with palm trees. Walking distance to LA fitness, Trader Joes and several great restaurants. Easy access to the 101 and central to many neighborhoods in LA.
