Rachel's room

Hello! We are looking to rent out 1 room in our 2 story, 5 bedroom house in Costa Mesa by February 1st!

Rent includes:

• all utilities -cable
• wifi
• in house washer and dryer
• weekly gardeners -weekly pool and jacuzzi maintenance -weekly water delivery service -monthly house cleaning

We are all friendly, young professionals and are trying to find someone chill, clean and respectful to fill the room! The house is centrally located right off of Harbor and Baker. We have 1 cat but unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

The room we are renting out is upstairs and shares a bathroom with 1 other person who’s room is also upstairs. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

Once all of the rooms are filled there will be 6 people total. We’re all young professionals and super friendly and chill. We’d like to fill the room with someone similar to us and laid back. We’re all about the good, chill vibes and don’t party much. 6 people may seem like a lot but most of the time people are out doing things or working. But when everyone is home we like to hangout and chat now and then
