Rochele's room

Looking to rent my basement apartment. I live near lake Loveland, easy access to most places in Loveland walking, biking or car. Close to the foothills if you like camping, mountains, hiking or just to get away. Bennet Park is across from my house. Private parking, entrance for tenants is semi private it’s in the back where parking is. I do have some furniture. Table with stools, Queen size bed (you can use your own mattress if need or want) , sofa, futon, coffee table and a lazy boy recliner. Basement apartment, two bedrooms, one bathroom living room.

I own my home. I live a quiet life, I only have friends and family over, not often I normally meet up or go to their houses. I’ve been working in the back yard to improve it on my off time. I work 40hrs a week in the medical field. I like to relax and catch up with family and friends. I am looking for someone that is clean, quiet, and respectful of each other’s privacy and personal space. I have two rescues, Boston Terrier and a Pomeranian. They are still very scared still and are quite and keep to themselves as well. Recently rescued a Frenchie/Boston mix, he’s learning, they never go in the basement apartment. They only have access to upstairs and backyard dog run for potty time. I will consider a cat if spayed/neutered and litter box trained , if a dog he/she will need to be supervised until we know how they will all interact during potty time and would rather them not be together when no one is home until we are all completely confident they get along. I do have a separate dog run off of the covered patio, I try not to let mine in the big backyard since I’m in the process of re doing it. ☺️Unfortunately my current tenant had to move due to unforeseen circumstances and will be missed. Looking forward to meeting a new roommate.
