Hello, Im a PA student looking to share a newly renovated 2bd/2bth apartment for $1300/month (GoodManor Apartments) Loma Linda CA. I love cooking East African cuisine, salsa-dancing and traveling.
Total $640/month is base rent only for private bedroom and private bathroom. We will be splitting wifi ($25 each), gas and electric bills together (varies).
I am usually in class most of the day and studying when home and have a fiance who stays over on some weekends. Prefer clean roomate who is chill, friendly, and also clean!
Move-In: As early as end of June 2020!😁
