Private bedroom/bathroom with shared washer/dryer and common areas. $850 including utilities and $400 deposit. Looking for a female occupant since we are two females living in the house. Single occupancy. No smokers, no pets. Please be responsible and clean up after yourself. Room is partially furnished with a California king bed and a computer desk. Parking on site. House is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. 11 min drive to Alderwood Mall, 4 min drive to Ash Way Park & Ride, 7 min drive to Walmart/Fred Meyer, 10 min drive to Costco and close to I5 North and I5 South.

Owner is early 50’s, works full time and is sweet and easy going. Other female tenant is in her early 30’s who also works full time and is friendly and easy going as well. We like a positive and peaceful environment.
