The 1,200 sq ft unit is in the Villas of Renaissance apartment complex, a 10 minute walk to the UTC mall. There is vaulted ceilings (4th/top floor), central heat and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, ultra high-speed fiber optic internet through AT&T. I already have a large couch and dining room table for the living room. Community amenities include a convenient shuttle service to UCSD, weekly food trucks, four resort-style pools with spas and sundecks, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, movie theater with surround sound and stadium-style seating, gate-controlled subterranean parking garages with elevator access, electric car chargers. You will be added to the lease. Villas of Renaissance will require a $45 application fee.

About me: 29 year old male, quiet, respectful 3rd year chemical engineering transfer student at UCSD. Most of my time is devoted to school work but I also enjoy exploring the beaches around San Diego and kayaking. The other guy is a 22 year old male working in biomedical research. In his free time he enjoys going to the beach and playing video games. We are looking for a non-smoking grad-student, academic-minded undergraduate, or working professional who is able to commit to an 11 month lease which started on June 29th. The room is ready for move in immediately.
