Emily's room

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Fitzroy Apartments in Louisville, KY. I need to find a roommate to sign a new lease with by the beginning of August 2020. Large bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and a large balcony. Looking for someone who will respect common areas such as living room and kitchen and clean up after themselves. All bills are split evenly between tenants. No pets and no smoking.

I will be a senior at the University of Louisville in the fall, majoring in music therapy. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I enjoy music and spending time with friends and family.
