Our clean and comfortable home is in an upscale and quiet area of Northwest Las Vegas in close proximity to gyms, shopping, restaurants, parks and much more. One story with a three-car garage. Hardwood laminate flooring throughout. We have a pool and spa in the backyard that you are welcome to use. We have a privacy wall around the pool area. This large bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a very comfortable, king-size bed, a large dresser with lots of drawers, a 2 drawer nightstand with a lamp, and a full-length mirror that hangs on the closet door. The closet is a walk-in so there is plenty of storage space for clothing and other items. There is also a TV mounted on the wall with cable.

We are looking for a clean, quiet individual to occupy our spare room. My husband is in the power line industry and I work at a courthouse. Our other spare room is being rented by one of my husband’s coworkers.
