About the unit: The 3 bed/2.5bath townhouse is modern with hardwood floors in common areas, updated appliances (gas stove, washer/dryer, wine fridge). Fully furnished common areas (though happy to bring your stuff in if you have furniture/decor). House has W/D, a fenced-in backyard, and a single car garage (currently converted into a small “gym” with mats/weights/spin bike).
Lastly - location is great! 1-2 blocks from I99 Rapid Ride E bus stop (into downtown) and from 46th Ave N bus stop (into Ballard/Wallingford/UW). 1 block from a local neighborhood grocery store, and 3-4 blocks from multiple restaurants. <1 mile from Gas Works, Woodland Park Zoo, Green Lake, Burke Gilman Trail, etc. - very very walkable.
About the roomies
There are two residents in the house. Megan has been living there for a few years and I would be moving in the house in July 1st week. We both are working professionals in our mid and late 20s.
We enjoy the company of roommates, watching TV or playing games together or going out for dinner/bars/parks etc. I love video games too (have a VR quest too)
Megan has a 10 year old Australian Shepherd who is super cuddly and very cute.
