Gated community. Two bedroom and two bathroom house. Camera installed in living room and outside. Very quiet and clean. No dogs or kids. Preference if you have your small fridge in your bedroom but not obligated. Utilities included Including wi-fi but extra if abusing water and electricity. No smokers, drugs or drunks allowed.

I expect the Roomate to be a clean Person who keeps her quarters in perfect condition.
