Faith's room

The property is fully upgraded and has a beautiful community pool. The room available for rent has its own bathroom and is on the opposite side of the townhouse, so you basically have that side of the house to yourself. The price includes all utilities, landscaping, and cleaning services every 2 weeks. The rest of the house is furnished. I am willing to negotiate costs, just reach out with any questions or concerns. But, a 12 month lease is required.

I recently graduated from ASU and now work full time. On the weekends I love to go out, relax at the pool, or just chill at home. I’m very go with the flow. I do have two dogs but they just stay with me all the time and go to doggie day care most days.
