Hi there!

We have a large private room with attached bathroom and closet available now in our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, three-story townhome. Flexible with the move-in date.

Your room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the home is furnished: couch/futon, kitchen appliances, utensils, pots/pans, dining room table, chairs, office desk, propane grill, etc.

Location, location, location! Just minutes from the 880 and a 12-minute walk from the Santa Clara train station, this home is a great option for commuters. Costco, Target, and Trader Joe’s are just a 10-minute drive down the road for everyday necessities. And there are tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance–local favorites include Ike’s, Ramen Taka, Crepes Bistro, and The Coffee House. Also, it’s only minutes away from the SCU, SJC Airport, Santana Row. Additionally, it’s just a few miles to downtown where you’ll find several museums, entertainment venues, and sports arenas including the SAP Center.

The best thing of all is the homey feel. Safe, quiet, and well-kept neighborhood with working professionals, families, pets, and students.

Details:

Short-term or long-term: $1395/monthly + split utilities. Water, HOA, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, central A/C and heat with dual climate zones, and balcony view included. Plenty of free parking in and around the townhome complex available. $1250 deposit required for move-in.

We’re looking for:

Single occupancy. Clean, respectful, and clutter-free in common areas. Must be okay with a friendly and loving dog (1.5-year old Dutch Shepherd) as a part of the pack. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets at this time.

About Us:

We both work full-time (SJ Downtown and Sunnyvale, respectively) which takes up most of our time during the week. On weekends, we enjoy going out to dog-friendly places and exploring the local offerings that the Northern California nature provides. We try to cook often, but you might catch us ordering takeout more times than not. Other then that, we’re pretty much regular, honest, and respectful people.
