Bedroom 10’×13’ Shared common areas are kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and patio. Seasonal pool with a year-round 24/7 hot tub. There is also a clubhouse with pool table, a work-out room, and computers for studying. There is a leash-free dog park outside the building. One other pet may be allowed upon the landlord’s approval. Move-in is June 20th 2020, but this is very negotiable. Rent does not include utilities. I and my fiancé will be in one of the rooms, the other room is already rented by a female tenant. All the current tenants attend UCCS.

All the roommates attend UCCS and are 20. One room is shared by a couple and the other room is filled by a female tenant. We would all want to meet you before move in and hope to find someone we can vibe with. We are all chill people and like to hang out on the weekends. We like cooking, gardening, and Netflix. There are two cats owned by the current tenants, the cats mainly stay in their respective rooms.
