Francesca's room

The lease is one year and starts August 1, 2020. The rent will be $1250/ per person. utilities run about estimated $50 (total) electricity and gas per month, heat during cold months $100 each (very much depending on how much oil is used) internet/cable depends on the plan.

It is two bedrooms with 1 bathroom, it doesn’t come furnished, though I have some things. Bedrooms are equal sizes across from each other and can fit a queen size bed and dresser, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Your bedroom would have the bigger closet with pretty silver handles on the doors.

We are on the second floor of a three floor house. There is a front and back porches and pretty morning light in the apartment, we have wood floors and are not up against any houses so we have space on all sides. The kitchen is big with a walk in pantry.

Free laundry (washing and drying) in the basement with extra storage in the basement if needed.

About a 7-10 minutes [1/2 mile] to walk to Porter Sq. and 15-20 [1 mile] to walk to the center Harvard Sq.

I am a social worker and yoga teacher, looking for a roommate starting August 1.

I live in a sunny 2 bedroom second floor unit with free laundry, front and back porches.

.5 mile to Porter Sq., 1 mile to Harvard.

I enjoy cooking, trying new foods, being outside, planting things and keeping them alive [fingers crossed (:], and living in a relaxed family atmosphere.
