I am pretty much retired, do garden and keep up my own yard. This lot is about 3/4 acre with a large private back deck. This house is not updated but it is a safe home. Prefer an plder female, no drama, pet friendly, your pet is welcomed if well behaved. Additional pet deposit of 100.00 is applied.
