Communal space is shared with one other roommate. The other roommate is actually my brother (in the picture) and I am the homeowner. He is a courteous, respectful, outgoing and friendly professional. I am happy to connect you with him to set up some time to schedule a walk-through and to meet him. The 3rd bedroom currently has gym equipment which may be used.

Condo and bedroom are furnished but bedroom furniture can be removed if needed. Rent includes access to all Chimney Hill amenities including pools, walking trails, tennis courts, dog park, as well as, garage parking (1 spot). Spacious Master bedroom is available with master bath attached and walk-in closet. Other tenant does have a dog. HOA and owners are extremely responsive.

I am currently looking for a tenant for a condo my husband and I own in North Dallas. My brother currently lives there and his roommate recently moved out. He went to college at SMU and is very social. He is dating a flight attendant who does stay over often but other than that, he is helpful, respectful, neat, kind and caring. He also has a dog Zeus.
