Nice house with private pool and off- street parking. The room is 14’×11’ with French doors that lead out to the pool and two large closets. Very close to the Altamonte Mall and Uptown area. Unfurnished. Non-smoking. Pets welcome upon approval 25lbs or less.
About the roomies
I am a middle school teacher and the other room is a couple working on their Doctorates. I have 3 dogs that are always with me or in a room (they don’t have free run of the house). We are all friendly and quiet and just looking for a third roommate.
