Pierce's room

The property is located in 5th Ward just north of St. Arnold’s brewery. It’s a newly renovated house with hardwood floors, nice paint, cool granite countertops, new appliances, new HVAC, etc. It feels fancy! Personally it’s the fanciest place I’ve ever lived. House has 4 bedrooms. It has a washer/dryer. There’s abundant street parking. The neighbors are chill and nice. Utilities have been about 35 $/month per person. We try to keep the house running really efficiently! The air filters are not getting dirty quickly, and as a longtime allergy sufferer I am breathing very well in here. The room is being rented month to month with no minimum stay because that’s how it ought to be.

I am the homeowner. I’m a science teacher at a local school. I love teaching, and I think it’s the most amazing job. I live here with my girlfriend and 1 other young adult. So the house has 4 bedrooms total and will have 4 adults living in it when you move in. We’re all like 25-30 years old, non-smokers. It’s a mixed gender house. We’re all vegan or living a vegan lifestyle here. We are looking for someone who is willing to avoid eating animals in the house. Everyone is interested in and engaged in left politics. If you are interested in social justice we will have a lot to talk about. Right now we’re really into gardening. Like last week we built a raised bed out of wood that we found on the side of the road down the street. Now we are growing lots of plants in that bed! heck yes
