Hello! I am renting out one of my bedrooms. My house is only 10 minutes away from MJC, and 20 minutes away from Stan State if you are a student. You will have a bathroom adjacent to your room that will be used almost exclusively by you. And you are welcomed to full privileges of our home ^_^
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Marisa! I am currently perusing a career in residential real estate through online classes. Growing up, I would always help my Dad at his contracting work sites, which led me to my passion for fixing houses and finding home projects to work on. My partner and I recently purchased our first new home! We have a small dog named Eevee & and a cat named Mochi that are super friendly towards people. We’ve decided to rent out one of our 3 bedrooms, as it is only my partner and I currently living here. Nice to meet you!
