Hi! I am currently looking for a roommate in my AMAZING 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment in the best part of DTLA, Bunker Hill. Why is it the best? Because there are restaurants in the building, across the street, and down the street. Tons of bars in walking distance. And the area is all professionals in Suit & Tie, or people visiting Museums (Broad, MOCA, Disney Concert Hall), or students at the Colburn School of Music. Grand Central Market is also a short walk, or better yet, take the Angel Flight!

You have your own bedroom that is connected to the balcony. You have your own bathroom. The view from the balcony is awesome, it looks over the Bank of America Plaza and Westin Bonaventure Hotel with the Hollywood Hills in the background.

As you can see from the picture, the building has a Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ Pits, Lounge, Movie Theater, Gym, and restaurants. There is parking available.

I put the room as “furnished” because the whole apartment is furnished and I have an airbed and some extra furniture that you can borrow to move in, but you would probably want to get your own bed and maybe a dresser. Thanks!

About me: I am a 34 year old male professional. I tend to be busy with either work or other activities. It would be nice to have a roommate that is similar.
