4 bedroom/2 bath house with a pool. 2 private rooms available - one can be furnished, the other is unfurnished. Both have tile floors and wooden blinds. Shared bathroom with 2 other roommates. Utilities, Cox Gigablast internet, pool service, and landscaping included.

30 year old male Aviation professional and 59 year old retired roommate. Both of us are gay and we have 2 older, small dogs. We l like to socialize, watch TV, cook together, play cards, or go on hikes and privacy is always respected. We don’t throw parties or have gatherings during this pandemic and we expect the same respect. No drugs but 420 use is permitted outside (we live next to a police station), cigarettes are permitted outside, and no excessive drinkers. One room may be available in January, month-to-month on both to decide if we all mesh, then we prefer to sign a lease. You will be required to go through the application process and background check with the property manager.
