Me and my husband have a furnished room with private bathroom for rent in the home we own, we are a mature 59 and 49 resectively. I am retired and my husband runs our business in California so he only lives here occassionally and I also spend a lot of time in California. We are looking for a renter under 40 years old, it just works out better because we don’t feel or act our ages for the most part.
