Sarah's room

Entire upstairs available in beautiful Greenlake house! The house has four bedrooms, two on the top floor and two on the main floor. Because the home only has one office, I only want to get one other roommate, so the upstairs, which has two rooms and a small bonus area, could be used as a bedroom and in-home office (perfect in the time of the coronavirus). The main floor has the bathroom, a large living room and dining room, and a huge kitchen. The basement has tons of storage and an in-unit washer and dryer.

About me: I am a 28 year old lawyer who just moved to Seattle from NYC. I have an adorable and calm chocolate lab named Gilbert, and I like running, reading, and reality TV. I am looking for a clean roommate aged 25-35 who is respectful, clean, and nice. I am social (or at least I used to be before the pandemic and moving to a city away from all my friends), but I do not “bring the party home”. My dream roommate would be someone who lives wine and The Bachelor as much as me, but I am open! Also the landlord might be open to another dog (this would depend on the dog and Gilbert getting along).
