Clairemont Drive

Hello! I have an unfurnished room for rent in a fully furnished apartment in Bay Park. You would have your own bathroom, a parking spot in a gated complex, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The property also offers two pools and two hot tubs. I am looking for a 30 something year old professional roommate (must have a stable income). The condominiums are located close to the freeway, a Sprouts grocery store about a mile away, and easy access to the bay! I even have two beach cruisers to share! I am happy to send pictures of the apartment if you’re interested and can also schedule a Facetime chat/tour! Move in date is flexible, and the lease is until October (five months) but I would love to renew the lease if we were a good fit-the location is perfect and I want to stay!

I am in my early 30’s, female, and I am an essential worker and have to go into the office Monday-Friday which is a bonus if you’re working from home-we won’t be on top of one another 24/7. I also have two cats, sorry I cannot accept more pets! :( I am outgoing, responsible, and active!
