Looking for 3rd roommate. Beautiful house, gourmet kitchen, private, safe and quiet location yet close to the bridge and town. (3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths) Spacious bedroom (currently furnished) with full size closet. Semi-private bath (double sinks) shared with a professional female. Includes wireless internet, cable tv, Tivo, Netflix, laundry, hot tub, partial fenced yard, ect. This is a spacious house with room for privacy for each of us and has been a great house for roommates. There are two living rooms, both with fireplaces & large screen tvs and an additional half bath downstairs.
$650 includes all utilities (heat, elect, water, trash, phone, TV, Tivo, internet). Please have a full time job or be a full time student
