Looking for a Roomie for our 2b/2b apartment. The move-in date is flexible! :) The room is a guest bedroom with in-room closet facilities and an adjacent bathroom. In-flat amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, and electric stove. The community has a gym, swimming pool, and a breakout area. Lindbergh Marta station is 5 minutes away on foot. Kroger, Target, BestBuy, Starbucks, and BofA are a stone’s throw away. The lease of the apartment is until August 2021. You should be willing to co-sign the lease.

My current roommate and I are Grad students. I’m moving out of the flat and looking for a replacement. She’s a down to earth, jolly girl who keeps the shared area clean and expects the same.
