Private room in basement of 6 br house in SE Como, bath shared with 2 others. In decent condition, house has lots of shared space and a garage in the backyard. Has AC, utilities in the summer are usually $60 ish. Some alleyway parking and plenty of room on street. I can be moved out by June 1st, lease runs til end of August.
About the roomies
A chill group of men in their 20s. Mix of UMN students and people working. Everybody cleans up after themselves and doesn’t make a lot of noise. No smoking or pets per landlord.
