One bedroom available for rent in 2 bedroom 1 (shared) bath duplex home. Your bedroom is unfurnished but the house is fully furnished with everything needed to live very comfortably.

Excellent location, central to Peninsula/South Bay, in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood in Sunnyvale near the S. Fair Oaks exit/101.

We will be sharing a 1,000 sq foot space with wood floors, bright, open kitchen, large living room with fireplace, full bathroom (shared but it works out fine with common courtesy), large, sunny yard for BBQ/gardening and garage with shelving space for your storage and washer/dryer. You will have one dedicated parking spot in driveway. Rent is $1000/month, $1350 security deposit, plus utilities:

*PG&E averages $75/mo in summer & $150/mo in winter. *Sunnyvale water/sewer/trash is $120/mo. *internet is around $60/mo. (looking for a new plan and can add cable if you’re interested) These bills are shared- on average, your total share would be around $200/month.

This is a month-to-month lease, although I’m focused on choosing a roomie who would commit to one year. You would need to submit an application to realtor management company to check rental history, credit and references.
