Quit neighborhood, we are an older couple with no kids renting a private bedroom furnish as the picture shows with an independent bathroom, 1 parking garage outdoors is available , utilities like wi5 , water and electricity included and 1 time per week washer and dryer available inside the house for laundry. We require first, last and security deposit and background check to move in. No pets , no males. And with covid 19 please let me know what type of job you have before scheduling an appointment. The comunity has available a swimming pool, near the area around 3 blocks the outlet mall , Hilton hotel , Whole Foods , st Mary ’ hospital .
