Modern home in new subdivision. House has 3 BR/3BR, 1750sf. You will have your own room with large closet and a full bathroom right next to it. There is also a nook with windows next to the room with a large desk that will also be your space. Parking in driveway and you can store things in the garage. Shared kitchen. Large yard with firepit, bbq, patio. Access to our subdivisions pool. Includes utilities, wifi, and laundry. My son is currently in the room so don’t mind the decor-we can update the bathroom also!

I am a 37 year old female and have a 15 year old son and 8 year old daughter. We are a very laid back, goofy bunch. I also have a super friendly bulldog mix who may or may not be staying. I am going through a separation but want to keep my house. We can discuss all of the details further and see if it would be a good fit.
