Ally's room

This is a basement apartment unit in a 3 story Townhouse. There is a bedroom, full bath, living room or office, W/D unit (not shared), small kitchenette, and also screen door to back patio. The main level is full kitchen, dining room, living room, 1/2 bath, and screen door to porch. There is 1 assigned parking spot, yet plenty of other parking. This is an end unit of the townhouses, walking distance to a grocery store, and can join the Columbia Association. Would expect to spilt the energy and internet bills 50/50.

I am the only other roommate along with my cat. I am a 34 yr female with a steady job and at times a part time job. I am straight edge, yet do not mind if you drink or smoke. Though no smoking in the house. My cat has never gone in the basement.
