Laurie's room

I have 4 bedroom 3000 sq ft house in La Costa Valley and looking for a non-smoking housemate. The bedroom is upstairs and has its own large bathroom with two sinks. There is also a private attached small room that can be used as an office and/or dressing room. The room is currently furnished with a king bed and dressers but if you have your own furniture there is no problem getting the furniture out of the room. I am extremely dog friendly and would consider a housemate with a small dog that gets along with my dog. Rent includes all utilities and housekeeping.

I am an older professional women who keeps a very tidy house and work full time from the home in an private office. I usually start my day around 7:30 am and retire to my bedroom on work days around 10:00 pm. While responsible and drama-free,I do a enjoy a cocktail after a long work day. The house includes an HOA pool/work out room with beautiful tennis courts.
