This gorgeous space is only 4-min-drive from the Linden Train Station and less than 30-min-drive to both Newark, NJ and NYC! Getting to NYC by train is very convenient with 30-45 mins travel time, PERFECT FOR COMMUTERS! Your potential new home is also located conveniently near major shopping centers, such as the Linden Shopping Center, with a plethora of restaurants, movie theatre, Wal-Mart/Target/other grocery stores, and other entertainment centers within less than 5-min-drive.

All common areas have now been furnished with top-of-the-line and stylish furniture and appliances, and you are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry/dryer! The bedroom itself will be unfurnished, as you are welcome to use your own and style it to your personal preferences! The room fits a queen-sized-bed and plenty of remaining space.
