Amazing room! Biggest in the house. Tons of natural light! private balcony and furnished rooftop, along with laundry in the building and fitness center. We also got a new fire pit and are working on building a private garden. All furniture will be removed from the room w/ the option to keep the dresser.

We are 2 nice jewish boys in our mid 20’s. One works in tech the other in music. We are both artsy people so if you’re in finance this might not work. We’re both very social but also reserved. We’re hoping to find someone to sign the lease in oct when the lease is up but will take sublets till October. We like to keep a calm house and like to work as a unit instead of individually. We both cook and know the neighborhood very well so once quarantine is lifted we’ll give you the grand tour.
