Destin's room

This spacious 12X13 room is furnished with a chest of drawers, full sized bed, nightstand & desk. The room has a large double closet, high ceiling, and plenty of natural light.

The House is shared with the landlord, as well as his mother who resides in the basement.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, Backyard, and bathroom areas. The laundromat is 1 block away. Fifteen-minute drive or bus ride to Newark Penn Station

There is a Cat on property who mostly stays inside of bedroom.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, quiet, clean/tidy and honest. At this time we can’t accommodate more than one person.

Terms of moving in are as follows: First month’s rent and Security deposit. We must verify income with one month of pay-stubs and bank statements. Rent includes: gas, electric, Water & wireless internet.

I,m happy to do Zoom/Skype tours of the house and rooms on request.
