Evita's room

Off of Fairland road quiet neighborhood. I have been here for 5 years and there is little to no crime. There is a bus stop in less than a mile from the house. A path to the local parks is right by the bus stop. My home is 3 bdr with two baths I have a washer and dryer and a finished basement that I use for storage with a half bath. I also have pot pans & dishes you can use.

I am a single 30 something black woman with a 16 year old who stays with his father. He does have a room here but has probably been here 5 days this year. I am a contractor for the gov with a sensitive clearance so I do not do drama or noise. I also have a 4 pound dog who is a sweetheart who loves everyone. Rent includes water electric and internet.
