Some details on the townhome: its 2 stories. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Living room, kitchen and both bathrooms are hardwood floors while the stairs and both bedrooms have carpet. The condition will be as is. It’s not modern or updated. It’s old, stairs creak here and there but it’s very cozy and spacious in my opinion lol. Existing washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of street parking. There is a good sized backyard/patio with a tree and fire pit. We share a wall with neighbors on one side only. Central heating but no A/C. The room has 2 closets and a window. Fits a queen sized bed, dresser and mounted TV comfortably. It is pet friendly with an additional $50/mo pet rent.

I’m 30 years old, female, work full-time from home. A combo of an introvert/extrovert. I like being social and attending happy hours with friends but also like quiet nights at home. I watch a lot of reality TV, go on hikes, the beach, occasional movie nights. Really just looking for someone responsible, respectful and down to earth!
