Looking for a roommate beginning July 1st, 2020 for a 6 month lease; however, I’d prefer someone willing to live long term in the home.

Room for rent in a beautiful, brand new home in Costa Mesa (near triangle square). Price is at $1,030 - this includes utilities (gas, electricity, trash, water, and high speed internet). Easy access to the 55 freeway. Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit and a parking spot outside. Shared jack and Jill bathroom.

*Please note, in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, I am doing my part to maintain the health of myself and my current roommate.
