Johan's room

We are looking for a third roommate (starting july first, move in date flexible) in our 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom house (Richmond District area/ Balboa Street). Very quiet neighborhood, close to bus station, around 5min walk from Safeway, food shops/restaurants. My favorite thing about it is the proximity (5min walk) to the Golden Gate Park, the Sutro Heights and the ocean.

About the house: The house is very spacious (1650sq ft., hardwood floor). The lower level of this unit includes:

• A private backyard (ideal for barbecue, if you like to garden, you are welcome to do it).
• A basement which can be fitted out (a gym space, if you have/want a pool or ping pong table, there is enough space to do it).
• A garage (there is already one car inside but we can share), a drive way and plenty of street parking.
• A washer/dryer (there is also a laundry one block from here). The upper level includes:
• Two occupied bedrooms and one empty. This private room comes unfurnished.
• One bathroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• A large and spacious living room and a dining-room (empty for now can be fitted out at your convenience).

We are two quiet, easy going, clean and respectful french guys (>30 y/o) working at UCSF, as scientists.
