I’m looking for a roommate (male or female) to take over my lease for 1 bedroom + shared bathroom in a 2 bed 1 bath house. The lease ends in November but can be continued after it expires.

My roommate and I live in a beautiful 900sqft house that is newly renovated with new flooring and paint, and has had brand new AC/heating units installed in each room, as well as brand new flooring. I’m an AC graduate and she is an AC product design major, so the location of this house is absolutely perfect for us since it’s less than 10 minutes away from both Hillside and South campus.

The newly renovated bedroom for rent is very spacious with great lighting and a large closet. The bathroom is across the bedroom and will be shared with the other roommate.

The house is only furnished with some basics (fridge, oven, dishwasher/dryer in unit) as well as some kitchen accessories. There is no furniture in the living room or bedroom however.

We have a nice secured, fenced in backyard as well with a small patio area to the side with a grill. There is also a drive-way + a garage that can be used for parking/storage. There is off-street parking available as well.

No utilities included. Total amount runs /month
