This house is a 4 bedroom (2 on the main, 2 in basement), 1.5 bath house with two living rooms equipped with Roku TVs (main floor and basement), dining room with shared pantry, kitchen, lovely fenced in backyard, flowers, and critters (inside and outside). Perfect for traveling nurses! Lease agreement length can be flexible. Contact to stop by or have a facetime video tour. The half bath is right next to this bedroom for easy access. Laundry in basement and shower is on main floor. Lovely neighborhood, two houses from a bus stop, and a few blocks from Quarry Hill. Close to the bike path to down town (1.5 miles to downtown). Teresa is the homeowner and landlord. The other renters are friends: Jess and Hannah - we are all in our late 20’s. We value creating a home atmosphere and like to share chores, meals, groceries, and entertainment. Teresa has three cats, including two adorable energetic kittens. Hannah has a gecko. Overall, we like spending time together and going to church together. We love having people over when it’s safe. Our home is a smoke and drug free home. Teresa works from home for the County Government and attends RCTC for Pilot School, and Hannah works out of home for a cleaning service. We’d love to meet you and see if it’s going to be a good fit!
