I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my master bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment. It is in an apartment complex located in Japantown. My lease ends on July 31, so I am mainly looking for someone who can take over my lease till then and there is the option to renew the lease after July 31 if you want! I am willing to offer my place for $1300 for the months of June and July. The location of the apartment is perfect because it’s located right in front of a Safeway (grocery store), and it’s surrounded by many great restaurants. It’s also located right next to MUNI bus stops including 38 & 22 so it’s really convenient for commuting and getting around the city.
