This is an environmentally considerate and, “ILLEGAL DRUG, THC, & SUBSTANCE ABUSE FREE HOME.” “CBD” product use and moderate alcohol consumption only are acceptable here. This is a, “Month to Month Rental Contract.” No Security Deposit with a conditional 2 months minimum stay and no maximum. A rental application is required; and, the move in total is $1,850 [1st, Last, Background Check Fee, a NR-Cleaning Deposit]. About the roomies
Currently myself and my companions, three very friendly and loving medium sized dogs. Am in the process of early retirement, and am kept busy with the care and maintenance of the property. I have many interests and am still making plans. I don’t do “Stupid.” Nor do I want to do things listed in a “Bucket.” LOL!
