It is very close to the beach, lots of markets and convenient stores. The rooms are large. Each person has there own closet. Each room has its own bathroom. Spacious living room, kitchen, and upper deck balcony for a nice outdoor sitting. There is washer and dryer on the property. This is a shared room, and the price is per bed. Females 55years and above. Must be able to participate in house chores. No drugs, no weed smoking, no alcohol. Cannot have males in bedrooms as the rooms are shared.

There are 3 people on the property at this time. We are looking for someone who is quiet, no loud music, does not use substances, clean and will get along with others.
