Superhost for over 6 years with over 600 excellent reviews! Pricing is for 1 guest, for 2 guests is around $1064. Weekly rates averages for $196 for 1 guest or $266 for 2 guests. Nightly is $28 for 1 guest and $38 for 2 (pricing is on Air, message me for link to room for booking) WE HAVE 3 SEPARATE ROOMS AVAILABLE TO BOOK. Both private rooms can sleep 2 adults and our converted room with 2 twin beds and a futon can sleep 3 ($10 a night per extra guest) We do have cats. No other pets allowed. Ask for availability as some dates may be unavailable and already booked. All bookings MUST be paid for upfront and MUST be through Air. Checkout is 11 am and checkin is 2pm. No felons, parolees, sex offenders or those on probation. Drunkenness or drug use will not be allowed. For the safety of our family and other guests we do not allow any visitors. MAX STAY IS 28 DAYS! We do not take long term guests nor is our home suitable for extended stays over 28 days.

The room is newly updated will all new furniture and equipped with a queen size bed with freshly laundered new sheets tons of new pillows and extra blankets (bed has mattress protector and pillows have protectors for hygienic protection) guest only towels, room darkening curtains, wifi, a flat screen TV with full cable with tons of movie channels and smart tv functions such as Youtube and Netflix (you need your own account). A mini fridge is stocked with free limited bottled water, sodas and snacks are 50 cents and you have plenty of storage space such as large walk in closet and dresser and also a attached half bath with a full bath upstairs with bidets on guest toilets for extra clean bums! Stand up fan is provided for guests in each room for those that like it extra cool or just like the noise for sleeping. Scentsy warmers with light fragrance are in guest rooms and bathrooms and in common areas. Please note the beds in my home are NOT rated for commercial use like a hotel and have a weight limit of 450lbs We do not allow stove/oven use and guests may only use the microwave, toaster/convection oven, keurig and kettle. Light self serve breakfast is provided along with coffee/tea

We are a laid back and down to earth family with children ages twelve through twenty three, grandchildren that may visit or may have other guests so no it may not be completely quiet all the time and we really try to discourage guests that are sensitive to household noises, light sleepers or those not used to staying with a family with kids. Yes kids may go downstairs for drinks at night, walk too hard down the stairs, play video games at night or rummage through the kitchen, husband will go out and smoke, food may be made in the middle of the night (feel free to come down and join), i may have discipline kids if misbehaving, cats may have a brief sqab so in other words we are a typical family and over 95% of our guests love their stay but if you prefer the tip toe around the house setting then no this home is not for you but if you enjoy the laid back (sometimes loud and obnoxious lol) at home for the holidays with the family type then yes this is the home for you!
