Clark Avenue

One private room is available in a 3 bedroom house in Leucadia. We’re just west of the 5, just a few minutes from beaches, bars and restaurants, and have a small enclosed backyard. The bathroom is shared with one roommate and we have a washer/dryer.

You will be sharing the house with 2 women who work full time. One roommate is a nurse who works overnights, so trying to keep our house quiet during the day is really important to us! The other roommate works in animal care full time during the day. Our house is pretty calm. We like to cook, watch tv, read, and lay out in the back. We’re looking for someone easy going like us who is willing to pitch in with basic house cleaning duties
